Subscriptions and purchases

Most of Clarity is available without a subscription. Clarity Reflect is optional paid access for Cloud Tap reflection tools and expanded practice audio.

Many core features are free. Clarity Reflect is £4.99 per month or £49.99 per year. You can also make an optional one-time app-support purchase from the amounts shown in the app. Prices are handled by Apple through the App Store and may vary by country or region.

You can manage subscriptions in iOS Settings under your Apple Account, or from Clarity by opening Profile, Account, then Manage Subscription. If a purchase is not recognised inside Clarity, use Restore Purchases from the same Account screen.

Support purchases are optional one-time app-support purchases. They are not charitable donations.

Privacy or deletion requests

For privacy questions or deletion requests, email support. Do not include sensitive reflection content unless it is necessary for the support request.

Cloud Tap issues

Cloud Tap requires an internet connection, a valid app entitlement, and available backend services. If it fails, check your connection and try again later.

Texts, teachings, audio, and timer

Clarity includes Buddhist learning material, practice texts, mantra and meditative audio, a meditation timer, calendar observances, and daily wisdom or compassion prompts. If a source link, audio track, or practice item looks wrong, email support with the screen name and a short description.

Health permissions

Apple Health access is optional and can be changed in iOS Settings or the Health app. Clarity cannot read sleep, heart rate, steps, or mindful minutes unless permission has been granted by you. Completed Meditation Zone sessions are written to Apple Health only if you enable that option.

Clarity is not crisis support. If you may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a trusted person now.
