Daily nudge
Daily inspiring Buddhist images and messages to gently nudge toward practice.
Buddhist practice app
Clarity is a Buddhist practice app for deepening familiarity with the Dharma in daily life. It brings reflection, meditation, study, and observance into one calm space, helping the teachings stay present in view, meditation, and conduct.
A quiet daily structure for reflection, meditation, Buddhist learning, and small steps in ordinary life.
Inside Clarity
The app gives the mind a quiet sequence: begin, practise, set something down, sit, study, and return.
Daily inspiring Buddhist images and messages to gently nudge toward practice.
A short daily round of reflection, learning, practice, and progress.
Set something down by voice or text before it hardens into a story.
Set a short sit, hear the bell, and let the app keep time quietly.
Read the Heart Sutra and practice texts in a clear, respectful format.
Dharma songs, meditative sounds, original practice music, and CarPlay listening.
Return through observance days, moon days, and simple reminders to practise.
A quiet entry point before choosing practice, reflection, or meditation.
What it does
Clarity gives the mind somewhere to set down what is moving, see it more clearly, and loosen what does not need to be carried so tightly.
Offload daily thoughts, feelings, and questions by voice or text. Keep them local, or choose Cloud Tap for a cloud reflection.
Let reflection become workable through small steps, meditation, wisdom prompts, and compassion practice.
See recurring tensions before they harden into identity, diagnosis, self-judgement, or another thing to defend.
Learning gently
Clarity can remember useful practice patterns without turning them into a fixed profile. The point is continuity: noticing repeated tensions, preferred language, and the conditions that help reflection become more exact.
The capsule is held lightly. It supports future reflections by surfacing what may be useful to notice, without diagnosing, judging, or defining who you are.
Lineage and practice
Clarity is not a teacher, lineage, sangha, or authority, and does not pretend to be one. It is shaped by respect for Buddha Shakyamuni's teachings and living Buddhist lineages, including Theravada, Mahayana, Vajrayana, Dzogchen, Mahamudra, and Zen, held in the Rime spirit. Its role is to support actual practice: refuge, ethics, meditation, study, compassion, and return.
Public source texts and original reflections point back to impermanence, compassion, ethics, wisdom, and non-grasping.
Read practice texts and keep a simple thread of Dharma in daily life.
Use the meditation timer, calendar observances, daily reflections, wisdom prompts, compassion entries, and progress counters.
Explore and return
Clarity is not only a reflection screen. It also gives practice a wider home: audio, observance days, and places for returning.
Listen to meditative sounds, mantra, and Dharma song tracks through the built-in player.
Follow Buddhist observance days, moon days, cultural dates, and gentle practice prompts.
Explore pilgrimage places, monasteries, temples, historical sites, and Dharma centres on a Buddhist World Map.
