Clarity in ChatGPT
Clarity opens inside ChatGPT with daily practice, a meditation timer, texts and an observance calendar. A selected page can be discussed in the conversation.
Access
A custom Clarity connection is required in a ChatGPT account that supports it. Once connected, “Open Clarity” opens the workspace. “Talk with Clarity” starts a conversation.

Reading and practice
Home opens with the daily photo and message. The daily round follows Reflect, View and Practice, using the same published content as the iPhone app. Meditation has a separate timer, bowl, ring and bell settings. The calendar opens as a month grid.
The reader contains the same nine pecha editions as the iPhone app, with Tibetan, transliteration and English where available. The Diamond-Cutter is an opening working edition, not the complete sutra.
ChatGPT can explain the selected page or discuss a question about it. Commentary remains separate from the text and its translation. Source search includes early Buddhist material, Theravada, Zen, Mahayana, Tibetan Buddhism, Mahamudra and Dzogchen, with links for further reading.
Continuity and audio
Is my iPhone account connected?
No. Private iPhone reflections, recordings, Apple Health data and progress are not connected. Practice totals use only completed sessions explicitly supplied in chat or a portable log.
Will my practice continue in another chat?
The open workspace is not an account backup. A portable practice log can be exported and supplied in another chat. Without that information, Clarity cannot recover earlier practice or infer completed days.
Can it play audio?
The meditation timer can play the singing bowl and start or end bells where the ChatGPT client allows media playback. The timer must remain open for the end bell. Music playback is not available in the ChatGPT workspace.
Can it send daily reminders?
Reminders depend on the scheduling features available in your ChatGPT account. Clarity itself does not create notifications or calendar entries. A reminder is only set when ChatGPT confirms the schedule.
Privacy and access limits
Clarity uses public app content and information explicitly supplied to its tools, including reported practice sessions. It cannot access private iPhone records. Conversation is processed by ChatGPT under its own privacy terms. Read the privacy policy.
Clarity makes no separate paid model API calls. Your ChatGPT account's access and usage limits apply.
It supports study and practice alongside a qualified teacher or sangha. It does not provide transmission or empowerment, assess spiritual attainment, or offer medical or crisis support.

Use this URL for a custom connection in a compatible client. The tool catalogue is supplied by the endpoint. It includes the workspace, exact text pages, daily content, supplied practice minutes, source search and public observances.
The tools read public content and calculate supplied entries; they do not write private app records. Interactive workspace rendering and media playback depend on the client.
